About the role:

We are a CQC compliant care company looking for experienced, caring and compassionate Care Assistants to support our clients in their own homes across Grimsby, Cleethorpes, Louth, Market Rasen, Binbrook and adjacent villages. You will be providing person centred care according to individual care plans, promoting independence, dignity and wellbeing.

Main responsibilities

• Personal care assistance including washing, showering, dressing, grooming
• Provide mobility and transfer assistance utilising equipment in accordance with moving & handling guidelines
• Give medication as per care plans and business policy
• Prepare food and help with feeding as needed
