Permanent Contract, Full Time Hours
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE A FULL DRIVING LICENCE AND A CAR AS THIS IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE.
The Mercy Homecare service provides Health Care Assistants (HCAs) to deliver quality personal care to patients in the community. It enables the patient to be safely and effectively discharged into the community while they await the HSE to appoint a care agency to deliver their home care package.
The Homecare HCA will report to the Clinical Nurse Manager 2/3 (CNM2/3) or designated officer. The Homecare HCA will be Accountable to the Assistant Director of Nursing, Nursing Support Services, and the Director of Nursing.
