In this position as a member of the nursing team, you will demonstrate genuine interest and respect for 50 Continuing Care residents that focuses on the delivery of excellent patient and family centered care. As a Health Care Aide, you are responsible for providing direct client care to the elderly population, including those diagnosed with Alzheimer disease or other dementias, in a manner that demonstrates principles of choice, respect, dignity, privacy, individuality and independence.
