Bassano Health Centre is an acute and continuing care facility. Core programs at the Bassano Health Centre include 24-hour emergency, medicine, ambulatory care services, primary care clinic services, and community health. Bassano Health Centre has 4 acute care, and 8 continuing care beds.
As a member of the CoAct team you play a key role in resident care planning (interdisciplinary including resident and family) and allowing resident to achieve their goals and enhance their quality of life. This environment is suitable for candidates who have a strong interest and skills in providing care to the elderly client. As a HCA you will assists in providing a clean and safe environment. Monitors resident progress and reports relevant information to the Registered Nurse in a timely manner.
