About the Role

The Primary Care Registered Nurse position is part of a collaborative, multi‑disciplinary primary care team that provides culturally safe, trauma‑informed primary care services. The role involves direct client care across all life stages, including observation, assessment, monitoring, and documentation to support evidence‑informed health and wellness decisions. The nurse actively promotes a racism‑free, culturally safe environment for clients, families, and staff and demonstrates cultural humility and trauma‑ and violence‑informed care.
