Health and Safety Lead

Mega Metal is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Health and Safety Lead to oversee and continuously improve our health, and safety programs. The ideal candidate will build a strong safety culture, ensure 100% regulatory compliance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks. You will act as the primary subject matter expert, guiding the team to execute world-class safety practices across our copper manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Safety & Compliance Management

· Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Health and Safety policies, procedures, and training programs.

· Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements (including OSHA, EPA, and DOT).

· Lead routine facility inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective measures.
