Health and Safety (EHS) (FIeld Based)

ERM is hiring a Health and Safety (EHS) Director to support our key clients’ advanced exploration program in the Yukon, Canada. The role will operate as a de facto on-site EHS leader, responsible for the implementation, oversight, and continuous improvement of EHS Management System (EHSMS), while driving a positive and proactive safety culture across a remote field camp environment.
The successful candidate will bring a strong operational mindset, enabling immediate impact through hands-on leadership, coaching, and system execution. This role is critical to ensuring safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible exploration activities aligned with our commitment to safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement. 
This is a full-time (40+ hours per week) limited-term with a duration of 3 months, extendable.
