We're looking for a confident and experienced Head Waiter to join the team at The Wild Duck , one of the Cotswolds’ most loved and characterful pubs.

Set in the village of Ewen, just outside Cirencester, The Wild Duck is known for its relaxed atmosphere, beautiful setting, and a food offering built around seasonal British produce and bold, honest cooking .

This is a role for someone who understands that great service is about more than taking orders — it’s about creating a feeling, reading the room, and leading a team to deliver consistently excellent hospitality.
