Head Sommelier

Our beautiful property is currently looking for an enthusiasticfull time Junior Sommelier to join an established Team at Ireland First Forbes Five Star Resort.

Your main responsibilities as a Junior Sommelier  will include providing our guests with wine and beverage recommendations and offering tours of our beautiful 800 year old wine cellar. The position will include stocktaking and preparation duties ahead of dinner service daily.
