To lead, plan and execute strategic initiatives to effectively target and serve especially the various segments within RWM. This role entails leading a team to define and execute marketing strategies aimed at growing and retaining the wealth customer base. The individual in this position works closely with cross-functional teams, such as sales distribution, product development and customer experience, to drive growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and maximize profitability within the wealth management business. Overall, the role plays a crucial role in shaping the company's approach to capturing and serving affluent customers and driving the success of the organization's wealth management division. This role requires strong collaboration with senior management of HLBB and HLISB to develop Wealth Segment Strategy. This role reports to the Managing Director of Regional Wealth Management.
