Job Description
Reporting into the CSO, you will be responsible to:
Develop and optimise polymer-based products
Conduct research and experiments to enhance polymer sysnthesis and oversee characterization and performance testing using advanced techniques (GPC, SFC, NMR, DSC, TGA, FTIR, rheology).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of R&D efforts with company goals.
Analyse data and document findings to support continuous improvement initiatives.
