About the role

This is a hands‑on role where you will lead and manage a team of permanent and seasonal Rangers. You will ensure the park is well maintained and welcoming for visitors. You will play a key role within the Parks Operational Management team and act as a Duty Manager on a rota basis.

As Rutland Water is operational 7 days a week, 52 weeks per year (excluding Christmas Day), you will need to be flexible to work across peak seasons, major events within the calendar and step in to help across the site where needed. Typically, you work longer days in the summer and shorter days in the winter.
