Our client, a leading ₹6,000+ crore manufacturing organization , is looking to hire a Head – Quality for its sheet metal stamping business. The role is based in Talegaon, Pune .

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 18–25 years of experience in automotive manufacturing, with significant exposure to sheet metal stamping .
• Currently leading or having led the Quality function at a large automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier.
• Strong expertise in:
• Sheet metal stamping processes
• Press shop quality systems
• APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and Control Plans
• IATF 16949 quality management systems
• Customer quality management (OEMs such as Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Tata Motors, Mahindra, Honda, Toyota, etc.)
• Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) and new product deve...
