Head of Technology Operations

The Role

This role will lead our Infrastructure, Service Desk, Desktop Operations, and Security teams, with accountability for the reliability, resilience, security, and performance of our IT systems. You will be visible to stakeholders, credible with engineers, and bring a wealth of experience.

Key Deliverables

Infrastructure Development

• Drive strategic platform improvements, alignment, and rationalising where appropriate, ensuring the estate remains maintainable and future‑ready.
• Streamline tooling and automation to reduce manual intervention and improve visibility.
• Contribute to the technology operations strategy, ensuring scalability, cost‑effectiveness, and alignment with future business needs.
