We are looking for a Head of Tech (m/w/d) who takes end-to-end ownership of our technology landscape.

This is not a pure coding or pure management role. It's a hands-on leadership position where you orchestrate:


+ Engineering delivery

+ Infrastructure & cloud setup

+ System architecture

+ Security & compliance

+ Integration of 3rd-party tools and vendors


You will report to the COO and act as a key counterpart to Product, Finance, and Operations.

Your Responsibilities: 1. Technology Leadership (End-to-End)

+ Own the full tech ecosystem: application layer, infrastructure, data, and integrations
