Your tasks
Management of the team Loan Management Northern Europe in accordance with pbb's leadership principles

Ensuring customer-oriented support for the sales units and customer-oriented communication with internal and external stakeholders

Ensuring risk and process compliance of credit decisions and documentation as well as other processes in cooperation with Credit Risk Management and the sales units

Actively monitoring daily workflows and ensuring individual and team performance 
Supporting team members with complex or challenging enquiries and independently processing cases

Actively supporting the analysis and piloting of optimisation measures in end-to-end processes and assisting employees in adapting to new systems and digital tools
