Role Overview

A senior Madrid‑based role for building a European sustainable finance and ESG advisory platform, not just delivering projects. The successful candidate will bring senior client relationships, commercial judgement, and credible sustainable finance or ESG advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and expand the European advisory offering across ESG strategy, green finance frameworks, climate risk, transition planning, and regulatory advisory.
• Work closely with senior leadership to build the market, originate work, and lead client conversations.
• Deliver advisory projects across Spain, with potential wider European exposure.
• Help shape the direction of a growing advisory business.
