Overview

The Catalyst Group is hiring a Head of Supply Chain for its client, Rina's Hospitality Group. The Supply Chain Head is responsible for building, managing, and optimising the end-to-end supply chain ecosystem across all brands under Rinas Hospitality Group, including Rinas Kitchenette, XO – Chinese Chips, Keprek, and future concepts. This role ensures cost control, operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and supply reliability across centralised production units and restaurant locations. The position will lead procurement, stores, central prep, bakery coordination, vendor management, and distribution systems while implementing strong controls to eliminate wastage, pilferage, and operational leakages.
