About The Role
BURN is looking for a Head of Strategy to work closely with the company's Chief Executive Officer to flesh out the short and long-term goals and make sure the company's output falls in line with those goals.
Role And Responsibilities
Collaborate with the CEO and senior management team to develop and execute short- and long-term strategic plans across all business units
Lead initial research, strategic design, and thought partnership for major company initiatives and new business lines
Analyze internal and external data to assess business performance, identify growth opportunities, and prioritize strategic initiatives
Evaluate and recommend options for product, geographic, and business model expansion aligned with BURN's mission and financial goals
Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships to accelerate market access, distribution, innovation, and impact
