We are seeking a Head of Strategy (all genders) for the Nordics to shape, drive, and execute our strategic priorities. The Head of Strategy acts as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Nordic Senior Leadership, responsible for driving strategy development, OKR setting and business reviews, as well as driving key strategic projects across the Nordics business. This role will be instrumental in aligning the Nordic business with global objectives while delivering actionable insights and ensuring we are positioned to win with our customers.

This is a highly cross-functional role that will require you to collaborate with both commercial and operational sides of our business to ensure our strategy is effectively communicated and implemented across the company.
