Get ready to embark on a transformative journey with HTX's newly formed xCode function, focusing on the organic in-house development of core software modules for the mission critical and sensitive systems. This new setup aims to achieve greater control, agility and responsiveness to evolving operation needs to the dynamic operating environment for software delivery. As a Head, Strategic Planning and Coordination, you will drive xCode alignment and long-term planning across multiple stakeholder groups. You'll partner with Product and Engineering teams to shape roadmaps while ensuring strategic initiatives receive proper support and resources.
