Job Description
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales, Business Development or Strategic Partnerships, including team management experience (or 3+ years in Strategy Consulting with strong commercial exposure)
- Proven track record of closing complex B2B partnerships and managing strategic accounts
- Strong business acumen with experience managing revenue targets and/or a P&L
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable decisions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to recruit, coach and inspire teams
- Entrepreneurial mindset: hands‑on, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
