Voima Supply is a retail venture within the wider Voima ecosystem. Today, it operates an online store focused on buying and selling physical gold and silver. The next step is to build this into a scalable store concept that combines a premium physical store in Helsinki (Bulevardi) with a growing online store ) and precious metals services. Gold and silver are the starting point, but the retail offering is designed to expand over time.
We are now looking for a Head of Store & Operations to take full operational ownership of Voima Supply and build this into a working, scalable store and operating model - through hands-on execution.
The strategic vision and long-term direction of Voima Supply are defined at group level. The foundation is in place, but the store concept is still being built. This role is about execution, operations, and making it work in practice - not about rethinking the vision, but building and running it.
