Head of SOC (Cybersecurity)

The Company

We're partnering with a technology firm who is seeking to hire their Head of Security Operations Center (SOC) in Singapore.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead a team of dynamic SOC specialists, potentially manage P&L, and oversee all SOC operations, ensuring robust cybersecurity practices and efficient incident responses. Your responsibilities include developing and implementing SOC policies, procedures, and processes to maintain effective security operations. Additionally, you will coordinate responses to security incidents, ensure adherence to incident management protocols, and conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests to mitigate risks. Keeping abreast of the latest security threats and equipping the team with advanced threat intelligence, tools, and technologies are also key aspects of the role.
