Job Description

Responsibilities / Tasks
As Head of Service Execution, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the Nordic service organisation. Together with your team, you will drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction and commercial performance throughout the Nordic region.
Acting as the link between customers, technicians and internal stakeholders, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient service delivery, developing your team and supporting the continued growth of the business.
More specifically, you will:
Oversee daily service planning, technician dispatch and resource allocation across routine maintenance, emergency repairs and larger installation projects
Manage the successful delivery of installation and commissioning projects for food processing lines while ensuring a smooth transition to live production
