Position: Head of Service
Location:  Chennai
Experience: 15 years of experience in Vehicle Service, with a minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role with any leading automobile dealership in commercial sector 
Salary : Upto 28 Lacs 
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare an action plan to meet the financial target of the region based on market conditions, monitor the achievements, take corrective action if the target is not achieved.
* Observe Workshop activities like vehicle flow, outflow and residual vehicles in the shop floor and initiate actions for any debottlenecking that may be required.
* Drive innovative customer satisfaction /retention programs to deliver greater Customer Delight Index
* Lead the implementation of any new initiatives required to improve dealerships' operations and customer experience.
