Responsibilities (First 12–18 Months)

• Lead a dynamic, tight-knit team across Sales and Customer Success (Student Affairs), driving both sides to common goals of growth and service excellence.
• Scale the Revenue Engine: Optimize B2C sales processes, maximize CRM utilization, and aggressively drive conversion rates from marketing funnels (like webinars) to active enrollments.
