TOMRA Food is seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Manager, Middle East & Africa (MEA) to lead one of our fastest-growing regions.
This is a senior commercial leadership role with responsibility for regional strategy, revenue growth, market expansion, and leadership of TOMRA Food's sales organisation across the Middle East and Africa.
The successful candidate will lead and develop a team of Area Sales Managers while driving profitable growth across multiple markets and customer segments.
This role requires both:
Proven capital equipment (CAPEX) sales experience within industrial sectors such as food processing, sorting, automation, or industrial machinery.
Demonstrated people management experience, including leading, coaching, and developing regional sales teams.
