Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Head of Sales to join a growing and ambitious business operating within the foreign exchange sector.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue, improving sales performance, and building a high-performing, results-driven sales function. Reporting directly to the Chairman, you will take full ownership of the Sales Department, leading both Sales and Dealer teams to deliver ambitious growth targets.

This opportunity would suit an experienced FX sales leader who is both strategic and hands-on, with a proven track record of improving performance, driving accountability and delivering consistent revenue growth.
