Head of Sales

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
• Lead, manage, coach, and develop the Sales team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
• Design and optimize the Sales organization structure, roles, and performance standards.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, forecasts, and competitor activities, and recommend appropriate business strategies.
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with corporate, travel trade, government, education, MICE, and other key market segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners to maximize market share and revenue.
• Oversee sales activities, including sales calls, business trips, prospecting, client meetings, and follow-up actions.
