Head of Risk - Crypto

Our client, a market leader in crypto and digital assets is hiring a Head of Global Risk to manage their international risk management strategy to:

• Lead and manage the companys risk function in respect of all their products to ensure that these risks are identified, managed and maintained
• Ensure the companys risk management framework applies to their crypto and digital asset markets and ensure that their crypto trading risk are aligned with risk limits, practices and company mandates by proper monitoring, ensuring governance and escalating any risks to senior leadership
• Partner with front and back office teams to embed risk management principles into product design, market expansion, and strategic initiatives.
• Build, mentor, and lead a global team of risk professionals to ensure a data-driven and risk managed culture
