Role Overview

Savills is looking for a driven and outstanding individual to lead and manage a small team in the Shoreditch office. The successful candidate will be responsible for listing and selling property and ensuring sales targets are met by motivating the team and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Lead and manage a small sales team, listing and selling properties, meeting sales targets, motivating team members, developing relationships with clients and stakeholders, and contributing to the growth of the Shoreditch office.

Qualifications

Demonstrable record of success in a similar sales role, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
