ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Pricing/Access Strategy
Develop and execute company-level pricing and access strategies for all on-market brands and new assets, with strategic coverage spanning from early clinical phases (PH1) through post-launch, to ensure effective launch, lifecycle management, and value optimization
Act as a central hub to drive collaboration across China Market Access, Business Units, and Global teams, with a focus on maximizing outcomes in NRDL, VBP, CHI, and tendering processes
Provide in-depth local market insights and policy analyses to shape and refine both local and global market access strategies, ensuring that corporate objectives are achieved within China’s dynamic healthcare landscape
HEOR
Develop and implement payer evidence strategies by collaborating with R&D, Medical, and Early Commercial teams, oversee health economic research projects to support reimbursement, policy advocacy, hospital acces...
