About Our Client
Our client is an established specialty chemicals manufacturer serving diverse industrial markets across the region.
They are now seeking a Head of R&D to lead technology strategy, product development and laboratory operations across polymer and coating systems.
Job Description
Define and execute R&D and formulation strategies across polymers, coatings and specialty chemical applications
Lead development of new products from laboratory concept, prototyping and validation through pilot and manufacturing scale-up
Drive application testing, performance optimization and qualification with customers
Establish strong stage-gate, portfolio prioritization and time-to-market discipline
Provide technical leadership on raw material selection, alternative sourcing and cost-performance optimization
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing and key accounts on customer-driven innovation and troubleshoot...
