Head of Project Delivery

We're retained on a senior hire for a specialist offshore business, and we're looking for an experienced Head of Project Delivery to join their UK Senior Leadership Team.

Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a high-impact role with full accountability for the delivery, governance and commercial performance of a portfolio of offshore renewable projects - from contract award through to completion.

What the role involves: Leading major offshore projects, managing key client relationships, developing project delivery teams, and overseeing critical subcontractors. You'll work closely with offshore execution, logistics, marine operations and commercial functions - and play an active role in shaping business strategy and growth.
