The Head of Product Insight role is at the forefront of new product innovation, bringing vital Customer Satisfaction linked insight, metrics and performance definition to drive the ongoing improvement of the product experience.
What you’ll do
- Be responsible for bringing world leading insight to the Global Product Experience team, driving continuous improvement in Customer Satisfaction and product usability, globally
