Head of Product Development - Silicones

Location: Malaysia/Netherlands

A global specialty chemicals organization is seeking a senior leader to head its Global Silicone R&D function. This role will lead an international team and will define and execute a sustainable innovation strategy aligned with business growth objectives.

Reporting to the Chief Innovation Officer, this position plays a key role in shaping the global innovation agenda and strengthening competitive positioning in high-value silicone specialties.

• Define and govern the global innovation pipeline based on market trends, emerging technologies, and customer insights
