As a key part of the Motors & Drives Product Development team, you will shape the next generation of **motors, frequency converters, and motor-drive platforms** powering sustainable water and energy solutions worldwide.

**What you will be doing**

You will lead a critical R&D area with full ownership of delivery, technology direction, and organizational capability.

Your responsibilities include:

+ Leading the Motors & Drives development portfolio with accountability for delivery, technical direction, budget, and resource allocation across new products, upgrades, and lifecycle activities
+ Driving the technology agenda within **frequency converters, variable speed drives, motors, and power conversion systems** , including power electronics, embedded software, EMC, thermal design, and system integration
