Job Description
n8n is seeking a senior design leader to guide a growing team of ~14 designers across product, UX research, and design engineering. You will shape design strategy, grow capabilities, and partner with Product and Engineering to raise the bar on craft while expanding to a broader, less technical audience.
You’ll establish hiring plans, career frameworks, and review processes, foster a culture of excellence and feedback, and champion practical AI adoption in design.
