This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced private client professional to step into a Head of Probate role, combining hands‑on technical work with genuine people leadership.

Our client is looking for someone who can confidently manage a well‑established team while maintaining high standards of client care and file management.

You will take ownership of the Probate function, with responsibility for both team leadership and day‑to‑day fee earning. The team is already in place and experienced, so this role suits someone who enjoys coaching, setting standards, and keeping a department running smoothly.
