Head of Pricing
to lead enterprise-wide pricing strategy, drive product innovation, and shape the future direction of their L&A portfolio. This is a senior leadership opportunity with significant visibility and impact across the business.

Responsibility:

• Lead the organization's pricing strategy across all Life & Annuity product lines
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing actuarial pricing team
• Partner closely with product, finance, and executive leadership to influence product design, assumptions, profitability, and competitive positioning
• Play a key role in business growth, product innovation, and long-term strategic planning
