Job Description

Linum Consult’s client is a major international company that works within the energy sector. They are currently seeking a Head of Power Construction Projects with both Engineering and Business Management skills to be based in their Doha office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Executing and delivering the construction of power plant projects at different stages of development or construction, including land acquisition and related matters, permitting and licensing, construction, testing & commissioning, contractors, vendors, and supply chain management, and local and international regulatory compliance

Developing and implementing methods and procedures for monitoring the projects, and compiling and presenting reports to management

Building strong working relationships with market research firms, including external consultants and auditors, and any other key sources for relevant market information
