Head of Physical Products & IoT

As Head of Physical Products & IoT you'll lead our entire physical product stack: towers, turnstiles, mobile nodes, fleet management systems, and back-end support applications. This means P&L ownership, building product life cycle processes from scratch, and coaching a team of 7+ Product Owners and Product Specialists to think more commercially, help them prioritize, and move faster.

You'll work closely alongside the Head of Digital Products & Customer Experience, who leads customer-facing software solutions. Together you'll ensure our physical and digital products work seamlessly to deliver on our site intelligence vision. This isn't a maintenance role. We're scaling hard and need someone who can handle the chaos, help to build the right structure without slowing us down, and make the team better.
