Job overview

The post-holder will provide senior leadership across the People Services team with responsibility for Employee Relations Case Management across the Trust line manage the Investigation Officers as well as the People Business Leaders. They will also work closely with colleagues across the wider People and Culture directorate.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply. Welsh Language level 1 skills are desirable for this role.

Main duties of the job

Provide Leadership and expert advice to the People Services Team and the Employee Investigations team on all Employee Relations matters and complex cases.
