We're looking for a Head of People Operations to lead the transformation of a global People function operating across a complex, regulated, and rapidly evolving international environment for a prime brokerage business.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who enjoys building, scaling, and modernising People Operations. You'll move the function from a predominantly transactional service model to one powered by automation, data, streamlined processes, and exceptional employee experience.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll create a scalable People Operations framework that supports international growth, strengthens business partnering, and enables better workforce decision-making through data and insight.
