Job Description
Kidsfirst is seeking a People, Culture and Wellbeing Manager to lead our HR, culture and wellbeing initiatives from our Christchurch Head Office. You will partner with the Chief Executive and Education Team to ensure compliant, high‑quality people practices across 60+ kindergartens.
The role is full‑time (40 hours per week) with strategic responsibility for staff development, wellbeing programs and ambitious workforce planning to support tamariki, whānau and communities.
