Partner and Distributor Markets covers +20 markets across EMEA Region, where Coloplast is represented through distributors in our Wound & Tissue Repair (WTR) business unit. This is one of the most vibrant and diverse sales regions, featuring long-term business partners and new markets with high growth expectations.

 
About the job

In this role, you report to the VP EMEA, India & LATAM and you lead our business and partners in our EMEA cluster. You work closely with the VP and internal stakeholders to drive the performance and long-term growth of our distributors and operated markets. While it is a leadership role for Coloplast operated markets, it is individual contributor role for distributors.

Your main responsibilities include driving short-term performance and long-term growth in your cluster by:
