Head of Organic

About The Role

We’re hiring a Head of Organic to build this capability for Paysend. This is a senior, hands‑on role for someone who can set direction, make smart trade‑offs and drive execution. You will own the strategy for organic acquisition across web and app, improve how Paysend shows up in high‑intent moments, and create the systems that allow organic growth to scale across regions.

You will lead strategy across SEO, ASO, content, technical discoverability and emerging AI‑driven search behaviours, while working closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Data, Brand and Compliance. The remit is global, with a strong focus on priority markets, localisation, and commercial impact.
