Head of Operations

My client is a stable, highly-established and renowned name in rotational and injection moulding, counting such house-hold names as Caterpillar, Aston-Martin, and Bentley amongst their client base. With over 50 years market presence, they have the reputation for quality and reliable delivery that such customers demand. Although an SME with a family feel (the MD is frequently on the shop floor talking to every member of staff), their game-changing R&D effort is what is usually expected of a much larger player in this market. Due to retirement, they are now looking for a Head of Operations. Reporting directly into the Managing Director and working closely with other section heads, this position sits across manufacturing/production, R&D, and administrative departments.
