Directly report to CEO and manage a sizable team to maintain the daily operations including deal matching, trade transactions, reconciliation, settlement, account opening, KYC, etc. Manage the stock pledge processing of equities, global securities, futures, options and other derivatives in Hong Kong and global markets Perform internal control and risk management as well as ensure all procedures are compliance with regulations, policies and guidelines Review, streamline and execute settlement process for operational excellent as well as drive the team for the execution of changes against the regulatory amendments Maintain excellent relationship with regulatory bodies / authorities, e.g. HKEX, SFC Requirement: :
